Episode 002: Embarrassing Stories Are Told

We start off with a little guest beat-boxing from brother Daniel. We then cover recent birthdays, the end of school, other recent activities, our upcoming summer vacation, embarrassing stories from the distant past, "It's a Small World," and a few other random topics. Quite a bit of background noises in this episode--and a few foregound ones as well. Enjoy!
Our music clip from Face is "Accidentally in Love" from their latest CD, "Forward."

I must now go listen to some punk music to get that horrible song out of my head. Thanks, Eliana!

Anyhow, great show! :) The audio level was much better this time (although the Face clip at the end was much louder than the rest) so I could actually hear you well.

BTW, Eliana, I can totally vouch for your dad when he says he was a goody-two-shoes growing up. As the older child, he was supposed to break in the parents for me, but he failed miserably. Don't worry though - I've finally forgiven him for that. ;-)

Have fun in Cali!

It's a Small World after all....I know you...and I will be singing all day long, thank you very much!

Daniel, you are so talented. First the ukelele and now beat boxing. I am so proud of you and your finite ear for music!

Ellie-Bellie, just between you and me, your dad never, ever did anything to embarrass himself. He was and is my favorite son...and always will be perfect in my eyes ;-). (Audrey, you know that you are my favorite daughter..I don't want to show too much favoritism and send you off for therapy).

OK, Rick, so tell me in private, what exactly did you do that might have embarrassed you? I will keep it a secret from Ellie-Bellie.

I am totally enjoying listening to your podcast. Rick, even though I have told you and Bonnie that I am very proud of how you raise my grandchildren, just hearing the interaction between you and Eliana is so wonderfully endearing. The two of you are so lucky to have that kind of loving, caring, relationship filled with humor.

BTW, Eliana, drink plenty of fluids so you can get rid of those nasty body noises :-D

Have fun in California. Say "Hey" to Danny, Pam, Sam, Laura, Grandma Arlene, Grandpa Bob, Aunt Lauren and Uncle Glenn, and everyone else you meet along the way!
